Hi friends,

I am looking for brochures or literature regarding dual carb kits. I have a fuzzy memory of a VW brochure showing dual carbs as an optional kit for VW T1 in the early 70's but I have not found images nor accurate information. I have already reviewed the archives section without success.

Do you know if dual carb kits were sold by VW as an upgrade for T1 (e.g. weber IDF)? Graphic information would be valuable.

Thank you in advance.

Weber produced a twin 36 IDF carb kit called "svelto" ("quick" in italian) in cooperation with the italian VW importer Autogerma in the seventies. It was offered (only in Italy AFAIK) as a dealer installed option.

Pic from a book I have:

Thank you Garba for your help. Could you please provide me with information about your book (name, author, etc)?

Let's see if there is something for the american market.

Regards.
