Nuts up in the front of the dash keep the pads fastened tight. Seat locks are probably rusted up. Need to soak with a good quality penetrating oil for a week or so (spray at least once a day) both the seat locks and dash pad fasteners to avoid just breaking up parts. After a week of soaking, wiggle the parts and do not just wrench hard on them. Wiggling will let you work loose the rusty parts and allow you to get more penetrating oil inside. Better to take another week of oiling and working loose than to take more of your time fixing later.

You'll have to remove your gauges to get to the nuts holding the dash pad on or get to them from under the trunk area. My seatbelt bolts were so rusted they broke off from the sheetmetal Sad

67 has the cables attached to the seat so its more than just sliding them off the rails. Look for the cables holding you up once the rusty sliders are soaked in penetrating oil like E&B suggests.

Is there a good shop manual with blue prints available. The CV top needs full restoration.

Buy new from the publisher or shop around the web. Used ones come up for sale from time to time.

The door stop/check strap? They have circlips on the top, then slide them out.
