OK. I had a brilliant idea - Idea I am laid up with a cold - couldn't do much , so the Devil took a hand and made me do this. Twisted Evil
I would like your opinions as to which winder handle looks "best".
I bought some after market cheapies to replace broken winders. When they arrived one of the winder knobs was very loose, so I carefully prised out the end cap and peened over the winder knob rivet a bit more. That fixed the loose knob. Then Old Nick suggested I "improve" them. This is the result.
One just with a 14mm key fob decal - the other with the end cap removed and replaced with a 1:14 scale model kit VW wheel in it's place.
Go on kill me for not being old school, but I always was a little odd.

Apologies for poor quality photo's - camera phone. I think you will get the idea.

I really like the IDEA of the VW wheel but when I see the pictures I like the VW emblem style better. Cool
