Just wondering what would be a good job IN YOUR OPINION for these seats. Look in my photos! They are in great condition so I don't want to sell them unless need be. GIVE ME YOUR HONEST OPINION! I DON'T WANT PEOPLE SAYING "IT'S YOUR CAR SO DO WHAT YOU WANT WITH IT OK PLEASE? Thanks! -Ben |

There's only two choices: L41 and L87. _________________

I'm thinking L41 black, all around on the exterior.
Inside, treat it like an L 41 Pigalle. Red carpet and door panels. _________________ Plate of shrimp |

Black exterior, black interior on metal, seat matching red door and rear sear panels, black carpeting and red headliner. Black wide 5's with red centers and chrome vw caps with letters painted red. _________________ my59: Well son, my grandfather died before I got to drive it, so does that answer your question?

Am I reading this right? You're willing to plan an entire build costing thousands of dollars around the fact you have a set of custom patterned $400 seats in great condition? Sounds like you don't even like them, but you're trying to convince yourself that they'll work (just so you can save a few bucks?).
If you're dead set on using these seats, I'd either shoot for black, white, or red for the exterior color, and I'd copy the same pattern for the door panels so they match. Later on if you decide you don't like them, or the next owner doesn't like them, they can be switched out for something more neutral and the rest of the car will still "work" with the next interior color choice.
Of course you could always go the custom route with your car... Here is some inspiration for you.
