Well things a progressing nicely i think on my buggy. so i moved to the front end, got the drums and shoes measured. all good they both will pass the safety.
tires
well i wanted to go with skiny in the front and wider in the rear.
this is what i had for the front tires
bot withthem weather checked and leaking everywhere i needed something else. this is what i found, 7.75 -15 bias
and this is what they look like on the car

Make sure that those tire sizes are available new before committing to them. Most tire companies have all but deleted 14" tires from their catalogues. The last bias ply tires were made in the early 80s and will be WAY beyond their best before date. Tires that old are for show only. Delaminating tires play havoc with fiberglass not to mention they make vehicle control a bit of a challenge.

The seam on those boots look to be pointed straight up. They should be rotated or they will leak. _________________ Brian

The seam is rigid and does not flex very well. So, when the wheel travels to the up position, the boot kinks, gaps and all kinds of crazy stuff.
install the seam at 2 or 10 O"Clock. _________________ Bad News Racing 2018 NORRA 1000 3rd in Class
