Hello i am trying to identify this light i have i believe it is a shine up for a 356 Porsche. Has "hella 1431" stamped on top and everything appears to be in original state.

This is a shine up, correct? Whats a fair asking price today?

Yes that is a shine up light. I don't know what a good used original one is worth but here is a new repro one.

Once again, thank you for the insightful response. I saw a "sold" ad on here for a similar conditioned shine up and it went for $390 in 2010. Would it be fair to say the asking price may have fluctuated?

If yours doesn't need to be rechromed, then it might be worth $390. If the chrome is rough, then probably less.
