For the park's 50th, my family made t-shirts that had the different lettered tickets on them. A few of the workers recognized them. _________________ Wash your hands

Back in the day Disney land had tickets associated with certain rides. It was an early style of crowd control. Not sure how long ago that was. |

They had them when I went there in 1976. It sucked, because you got less "E" tickets than any others. _________________

There was also the term "E-ticket ride" that was used when things would get stupid while driving -- and it came from only the good rides were E-Tickets -- Guess it was a SoCal thing for us old dudes....
These tickets were from '78 right after space mountain was opened and right before they did away with these type of tickets......
My Mom took her sisters there, and they were all in their 50's, so that is why all the E-Tickets are still in the booklet -- -- Hard to believe the Enchanted Tiki Room was still an E-Ticket ride more than 15 years after it was opened (opened in '63 and still open today) LOL
Found this booklet after they had been hidden under the stairs of our house 25 years ago.....

I suspect there are a couple of residual-ticket books at my mother's house in Fla, buried in the bottom of some drawer, but for Disney World vs DisneyLand... But none of those would have any E-Tickets left in them...
I didn't remember that "Small World" was an E-Ticket. What a waste of a good ticket...
We had a friend who got some variation on the "E TICKET" theme for her license plate... Maybe "E TIKIT"? It was a Honda... |

There were. The "attractions" (remember, DLand does not have "rides") probably sucked. All I know is I had a s**tton of these ticket books when I worked there as part of an employee "reward" just in time for them to pull the plug circa 1978. Oh well, memories... |
