When I get around to replacing my right rear fender there is the seal around the cool air intake grill also there are two impregnated foam rubber blocks at the top corners.

Isp sells the foam seal. As for the foam blocks, you can use some foam from an old chair your neighbor is throwing out, as nobody offers them.

Here's the info from my Squareback build a few years ago

Image may have been reduced in size. Click image to view fullscreen.

'Woolies' are these guys http://www.woolies-trim.co.uk/

You can get the details of the product from their website, they probably can ship to the US, or use the details to find the same product more local to you.

Like Bob said you can find some foam pretty easy that will work. I got mine from a foam pad used to apply car wax. The key is to find some foam with the proper thickness and then cut to length and width. I glued them in with spray adhesive and then I applied a little light oil to them. Careful putting the fender on, I think I knocked one of mine off accidentally and had to glue it again.

The rubber/foam seal from Woolies works a treat.

I have some neoprene sheet 25mm that I cut into 25mm x25mm cubes. That is just right and does not absorb moisture.

If u need some just let me know.

Yes, critical point is that you must use CLOSED cell foam, not OPEN cell foam, or it will act like a sponge and rust the area out.
