California Bug Bash, Sunday June 28, 2015. Contra Costa County Fairgrounds (enter “L” Street), 1201 West 10th Street, Antioch, CA 94509. Gates open at 8:00 am for this display and swap event, held on the spacious lawns of the fairgrounds. Bug Bash always welcomes ALL Volkswagens, regardless of year, model or condition. Besides all of the VW fun, the vintage and custom bicycle show and swap, Bike Bash, is happening again on the midway. All inclusive general admission is still only $10 per adult, which includes entry, display and/or swap space. Please visit www.californiabugbash.com or call 925-667-7101 for more information. Bug Bash weekend kicks off with the LaVere’s open house on Saturday from 10-3 at 1121 Landini Lane in nearby Concord.

My favorite GTG!
Fun, laid back show and swap on the grass instead of some miserable, hot parking lot. Bigger and bigger each time since they moved to new spot. Great crowd, great food, great value and cool bikes too. Check it out. |
