Hello all,

Just wondering if anyone knows about an affordable paint/body work shop or person who does it on this side anywhere between San Bernardino and Santa Barbara. Need minimal body work and of course paint. Everywhere I call only does insurance work or wants a ton of money if they do "custom" work.
Thanks for any help.
Keith

What's considered affordable? A local guy here in Harrisonburg quoted me $7000 to paint a car. That did include a final sanding and any bodywork touchups it may need and a primer/sealer.

Well I thought affordable was around $3500 but I was snapped back to reality real quick! I found a shop right in my home town who is stripping, priming, doing minimal body work and painting the car for $6700. Completely depleted my budget for my car but it seems that that is a smoking deal these days.

Thanks!

If you dont have the budget, could you try tackling the bodywork yourself?
