I am back into a Baja after being without a running one for a few years. I just picked up a '68 with a great running SP engine, not sure of the size. It's a starting point, I'll take it from a street baja to an offroad capable ride as time and funds allow.
Current specs:
Unknown SP engine with stinger exhaust and generator.
White spoke wheels and way too small street tires.
Tube front and rear bumpers
Swing axle
Future upgrades:
Alternator (Have everything, this will happen soon).
31 x 10-15 tires
Add receiver hitch to rear tube bumper for towing a lightweight kayak trailer
Cage
3 rib transaxle / IRS conversion
Cage
Not sure how many remember me from a few years ago, I have a lot of videos on youtube, taking my old '76 out with some local 4x4's, through mud, over rocks, and down a waterfall.
It's good to be back. _________________ Les
