4 pole wiper motor and a 2 pole switch, wipers

Does anyone know how to run the 4 pole motor with a 2 pole switch? I know I will not be able to use the park feature, but that's no biggie. I know the top or offset post is the ground but I don't know what screw from there are the two I need to run to my switch.

Obviously one is hot all the time to park the wipers, one is low speed and one is high speed.
The terminals on the wiper motor have numbers. Tell us what you have to choose from.

Ok Don the wiper guy fixed me up with the magic answer it's terminal #54D.
