Purchased these panels from Wolfsburg West and they are a TMI product. For some reason, they are cheaper to buy from WW than directly TMI.

Before with the rattle trap installed - made a huge difference (i did the whole bus)

Looks great. One question, with such a stock looking bus why did you decide to go red paint on the interior?

Looks great- it's harriest working with those massive front door panels. I like the Titian Red dash- a little different from what you always see.

Are those cargo door handles instead of flippers?

Could be out of a 64-65 bus; cargo door handle would be square inside.

I think the door handles are out of an earlier bus, but not sure. I was considering changing to flippers but think i prefer how the handles look and operate. As for the red dash, although my bus is fairly stock I'm not really trying to be a purist, just prefer the red (and was done by PO).

Here's another picture of the red dash

I have to say, that so far I'm really impressed with the purchase of the TMI interior - hopefully it holds up. Last big job to do on my bus is the headliner - not looking forward to that project so it might sit on the back-burner until winter.

I've had three sets of the TMI tan basket weave in the last 25 years. All three sets have had black spots appear somewhere on the vinyl.

I do not have the receipt so, even with a picture, TMI says it didn't happen.

Thanks for reminder, I can't believe I never paid attention to that change in '66 and not earlier. Both of my '65 buses were "updated" to flippers as well. Now I'm understanding why separate pulls were included in the days of flippers- probably makes the splined opener last longer.
