Awesome! I have two of those, one with the plastic cover with dealership name on it. It came in my first Beetle (a 1964 Deluxe Beetle) way back in 1969... Cool little items, I forgot about it until I saw your topic and photo above! Works really well too!

I found one of my two brushes, this one lives behind the front seat of my '59 Double-Door panel Bus. It comes in handy sweeping any debris from the front cab floor rubber mat or the rear load compartment mat.

Yep! It's the one. I had this very same wisk broom and it's plastic cover in my first car, a 1964 Deluxe Beetle that my Dad purchased new in 1964 (and which became mine in 1968-69) bought at Mission VW in San Fernando, CA. As seen above, I had the broom in my '59 DD Panel, and while digging through some accessory boxes in the basement yesterday, I found this!
the original plastic cover Reunited again!!
The backside has a sun visor clip for storing the wisk broom...
Some dealerships chose to have their info printed on the plastic cover. Ours came from Mission VW, and I have the matching license plate frames from Mission VW too.
