Found these while rummaging about on craigslist:

Just wondering if they were any kind of thing. I assume they were custom/ aftermarket, if not please feel free to move to the appropriate forum. Thanks in advance for any help

$150? I say grab them. 14" wheels have a limited market, but for late model (1968-later) Beetle owners, they are kinda cool

Hmm, if I went from the stock 15" rims to 14" how would that affect the handling of the car? Would I need to make any other adjustments to compensate? Thx

If you keep the tire height the same as the 15" tire you would theoretically have a little more sidewall flex, but it really depends on how stiff the new tires are.

Do some research on 14" tire sizes before you get those wheels. You might not be happy with the tire sizes available today. Even 15" tires are getting harder to find.
