Hi all,

This breastplate photo is from WW's catalogue...

It has a hole on the RHS (viewed from the gearbox side), for a fuel line. Were barney breastplates taken from bug parts bins? Is the hole correct or should it be closed up for use on a bus?

Thank you.

Hi Merlin.
I was wondering the same a few days ago and checked the barndoor parts book. It shows a hole in the tin and the part number is the same as for the beetle (119 513).
Cheers
Florian
