i thought that once they did away with the oval that they also did away with the smaller windshield...

That's right, the back window got a lot bigger in 58, and the front windshield got a little bigger as well. When you say "frames" you mean window rubber, right? I know WolfsburgWest has them. A lot of places do, I'm sure. Just check around.
I totally missed that. Yeah, he's talking about time frames

he means frames as in time frames for an oval windshield. as far as i know 57 and older. nothing newer. try anything from 53-57.
why do you ask anyway?

the front windshield was definately enlarged in 58. you need 57 or earlier for a replacement.

| I saw something on wolfsburgwest....up to 57 will work, then 58-64 is a little bigger then like 65-77 then 78 up |

49 thru 57 only.
58 will not fit.

Almost. 38-57 is the same and 65-03 is the same. |
