I'm bringing my bug down to bare metal by using a da sander. It's great for flat surfaces but what technique do you guys use for like say the ridges on the decklid or on the doors? I've experimented by holding the sander at an angle to get these spots but it seems like it's really scratching up the metal. This is my first attempt at this so just want to make sure I'm doing it right before I move on |

I've used a wire wheel on a drill and an angle grinder for certain sections. |

I have used an air drill with a 6-7" flexible disc & 60-320 grit sanding discs. _________________ https://imgur.com/user/FisherSquareback/posts
