Hey folks, yes I have read the sticky for rims / tires etc but was curious if anyone had any experience putting these on a 67 five lug beetle?
"Offered for sale is a set of 5 matching JAGUAR XJ-6 15" ALLOY RIMS. All in excellent shape for their age. Believe were on a mid eighties XJ. Bolt pattern is 120.7mm or 4.75""

Five bolt pattern on an air cooled VW is very wide. Some 205mm I believe. Much wider than the jaguar pattern. _________________ 1958 Karmann Ghia owner |

Why wouldn't it work ? 4.75 inch bolt pattern is same as a chevy. You would just need the correct adapters. I bought used but N.O.S. ones ( the adapters )for a fraction of the new price. You can always find them used. |

Throw your jack in your car, borrow a chevy adapter from someone in your circle- and drive down to the jaguar cat's house and try one on. _________________

You can use an adapter or buy drums drilled for Chevy Pattern...
Or disk brake kits with Chevy Pattern...
I have a pair of Wide 5 (stock VW) to Chevy adapters if you want them. Send me a PM. You pay shipping and you can have them |
