Featuring 3 bracket classes and Test and Tune
- Gates open at 8am
- Admission $15 (12 & under free)
- FREE CAMPING
- vendor and camping setup after 6pm on Saturday
- Used Swap meet Space $35 for a 10x10 space..includes one admission
- show car entry $10 (Special prizes for just show participants)
- Pre-registration for show cars is recommended

Just over a month away!
If you need to stay overnight, be sure to make your reservations now. There are many things going on around the area, so rooms are sometimes hard to come by. We will have pre-show setup and Free camping at the track on Saturday, time will be announced soon.
Registration for show cars is now open, so if you plan to put your car in the show, help us by filling out our online form so we can save time Day of show.

Just a reminder, if you haven't made your hotel reservations, now is the time. Called the Quality Inn in Mocksville and they only have a few rooms left. Give them a call at 336-751-7310 and mention Farmington Dragway for a $59 rate.
Also called the Days Inn and Suites in Mocksville and they have some left as well. Their rate is $99, you can get a discount with AAA of $89. 336-751-5966

We are just under a month away from the event. We are looking for judges and parking help. Would like to be able to fast track our judging process and also have some folks to help park in the morning, so we can try and park everyone in an orderly fashion to fit as many possible in the show area. You will receive a event shirt of your choice for helping us out for a couple of hours. This helps us help you have the best show it can be. Remember, without YOU, there wouldn't be any shows. Have you registered your VW for the event? It is $10 to park in our show area and be eligible for an award in our 28 classes. Please take a moment and get your car registered with our online form. This helps us get everything ready before show day and speeds up the process of registration at the table.

update on rooms at the Quality Inn in Mocksville, NC.
Called the Quality Inn in Mocksville and they only have a few rooms left. Give them a call at 336-751-7310. The rate is $89 now. Their deadline for the $59 expired back at the end of August. Didn't know until now that they had a deadline for that rate. Sorry for the inconvenience.

13 days away! Be sure to save some extra cash for the 60+ new and used parts vendors that will be at the event. Will you be one of those vendors? If so, you are more then welcome to post up items you will be bringing. Or if you are looking for something specific, post it up! Remember, we will have pre-show setup Saturday evening after 7pm. Otherwise, as many of you know if you plan to vend, be there early Sunday morning. Spaces fill up fast and so does the line at the gate!

They have an event during the day, so should be ready for us by 6pm, maybe a little sooner. If you arrive earlier that day, you may just have to wait a bit for them to get finished.

It is almost that time! We shall see some of you tomorrow evening after 6pm for pre-show setup and camping.
Also, got word that the USE race class will not be happening, as many of them just couldn't make it. But don't worry, we will have plenty of racing going on with our 3 bracket classes!
This also means there will not be a cruise at 6pm in Mocksville.

Thanks to everyone that made this event. You are the ones that make this one of the largest all vw events on the East coast.with 200+ cars in the show fields, 70+ swap meet vendors and 40+ drag cars.we are already working hard for you to have a better time at next year's events. With helpful suggestions from some of you already, we will make it better. Thanks Keith.
Kathy will be posting the show up dates.
Also don't forget
Volksfest show march 21,2016 this is a Sunday event. @ Raleigh NC state fair grounds.

We would like to Thank all of you that came out to the event this past Sunday!
Our weather was just right for a Great event. The swap meet was a hit as always, The show car area had some new show stopping rides out, along with Daily drivers, campers, Rails and buggys. Racing was HOT with over 45 racers from all over the southeast attending. Plus we had a special guest, Ken Fisher of Fisher Buggies in Tampa, FL. He hadn't been out all year, with doing some work on the car. Was planning to make some record setting passes, but his starter had other plans!
Also, we are still trying to work on a smoother way for our show area to not only help us, but help you guys. We will be making some changes
classes in 2016, but would also like to hear from you as well.
Looking forward to 2016 with our Farmington dates already confirmed for May 15th & Oct 16th, be sure to mark your calenders and also be on the
look our for our Schedule of other events in the Southeast.
