So sorry if it isnt, but this is bugging me. Thought it was a ghia at first, then maybe an mg, but after taking a look at the blurry logo that u cant make out, im really not sure what it is!

Or might be an "S" in the "V" if it's a Champion six cylinder.
Too small to tell.
