I have an early split with a rather destroyed wiring harness. From pictures, I've gathered the tail light and engine wires drop down into the engine compartment from the upper right side. My question is once in the engine compartment, where or how do the tail light wires exit it to go out to the rear fenders? Once out, where do they cross over to the left hand side? Thanks for and help!

I believe they go along the passenger side apron thro the hole then under the rear apron to the drivers side fender. you should have a clip for the wire under the apron roughly top middle. others may know better.
