Cleaning 71 Bus dashboard to the metal to refurb it. May just go with paint. Tried WD-40 and Goo Gone on the black adhesive underneath, but no results. Anyone know what will strip this black stuff?

Wire wheel or flap disc on your drill or angle grinder will eliminate glue & paint. Lacquer/paint thinner for your final cleanup.
