I have to agree with the torch. I can have 10 different ways to get a nut loose, but when none of them work I can always rely on the torch to do the job.

tierod removal tool. Flywheel lock, drum puller, test light, timing gun, welder, damn its so hard to pick just one!!

UPDATE!
New favorite tool!
Bosch 10.8V Impactor Impact Driver! WOW what a tool, and "palm of your hand" small, like Chickengeorge! 800 in-lbs of torque and at only two pounds, small enough to carry in your pocket.

I also get a lot of use out of my air die grinder with oval rotary carbide burr.

i will have to say my torque tool. it was the best money i ever spent, now i can remove a flywheel or rear drums with a 3/8 drive ratchet and 11 mm socket instead of a 36 mm socket 6 foot cheater bar and too many to count broken pull handles:D
