When you say rear seat do you mean the bottom, back rest and all associated hardware such as the hinge?
If its in good shape (bottom and backrest) with good foam, vinyl and has all of the hardware I would think $100 would be a fair price.
It would probably cost you several hundred dollars to buy/make a seat with repro or used parts.
