My single relief 1200 case (late 61' build) is cracked and basically unusable. I happen to have a later case from an industrial engine (122 code)which is mint.can I transfer everything over to the new case? I know I'll need different cylinders to fit the 90mm holes and 8mm stud oil pump but what are the other pitfalls?

The dual relief case is physically wider than your old 1200 case. Swapping all the parts over from your 1200 to the later case won't be a simple affair as you'll have to take the additional case width into account for the tinware and external ancilliary items. Additionally, the stock 1200 internals won't work unless you change the rod length or use special pistons designed to locate the piston head further from the wrist pin.
