|
|
Hey,
I am gonna pick up a tranny in a couple days and just want to verify whatever code is on the side, I have looked at the below list before but it now seems in-active. I regret not saving the sheet - but does anyone have the trans code listings saved? I am looking for the 5spd codes.
TIA !

I use the one from Shaw. It's not as complete a list, but it has a calculator built into it that let's you plug in different tire sizes and gear ratios to get mpr. I don't have it on my phone, I'll post the link when I get home if no one else has beat me to it.

Try this link for the trans ratio chart and calculator. I have spent hours running different combinations of tires sizes and gear ratios in search of what I want for my vans.

Does anyone know where there is a current comprehensive list of T3 trans codes/gear ratios? All the links above are now dead. Except the T3 one which does not list front diffs. I can no longer find the one that used to be on club 80/90. _________________ Please do not message me on TheSamba. Use my email, [email protected] |

Thanks Kammy. Unfortunately none of those list the syncro front diffs which is what I'm looking for
The club 80/90 had that info but I think it's gone now. I should have printed it out and stuck it in my bentley. _________________ Please do not message me on TheSamba. Use my email, [email protected] |

Many, many, many hours' worth of work later, here it is:
T3/T25/Vanagon Transmission Specs
If anyone sees errors, or can fill in some of the blanks, let me know.
