Good to see this colour is becoming popular Smile The hardtop looks really good in the primer picture.

Thanks, I'm very impressed with your metal working skills. By the way, can I ask you a question. Used MG Midget parts are getting scarce here in the US. Would you know if the're still plentiful on your side of the pond, regards, Jeff

That colour looks almost like mine in the garage pictures, but in the photo above it looks completely different!

In answer to your MG Midget question, there still seems to be plenty in the classifieds here for sale starting from about £500 to £1000 (I assume you mean the 60/70's midgets not the TF ones?)

I've known the people who run the local MG specialist garage for about 20 years. (I used to have a BGT, and a MG based kit car) If there's anything in particular you need I can ask for you?

I make front disc brake conversion kits for Nash metropolitans using Midget donor parts, but they're getting scarce, and british salvage yards want $400 for a used set. Just wondering if it would pay to use an English source.

I know you didn't take in progress pics of the pan reinforcement but would you mind sharing pics of the finished reinforcements? And the connecting areas like where the windshield and hardtop meet? Gotta admit you got me thinking!

Here are some pictures of the reinforcement of the pan as well as the method I used for securing the hardtop. Hope this helps anyone with similar plans.
