project save a thing

i was at a junkyard when I spotted it. a complete thing wasting away. due to the law I was only able to purchase the body. not the pan. what are my options as far as a suitable cheap substatute ?

Depends on what you want to do with it. Do you want it to be a street car or off roader. Something in between?

Any standard Beetle chassis would work with Ghia floorpans. Might be the better alternative if you want to "slam" it [cringe] Rolling Eyes

Can you get a friend to buy the pan for you. I had a buddy do that with a 62 Bug in a junkyard.
