For years and details lovers.... my car is vin 131319 year 64.... all car is matching also the engine.... now i have some weird details
it is electrical tach so i suppose it is not an early c ... but

it has the door quarter window top frame with the early style flat plate on pivot point
it has the early style single flap box as heater exhanger...
these details are different from any other c I read about |

Odd. My '64 coupe is about 2500 chassis numbers ahead of yours and it has the twist off oil filler cap with the vent line running to the right side carb. |

I went a little deeper.... case number matching with chassis. All 3 case pieces matching.
sc cam and sc head with sodium exhaust valves.... so... engine rebuilt by po.... now just wonder why somebody spending money to upgrade to sc part would use an earlier oil filler and flap box which i feel downgrade..... |

I have a "C" (75 HP DIN). I had a European heater system which a P.O. removed so I'm trying to collect bits to get a replacement system installed. Engine is all numbers matching but I'm told it has 912 heads. |
