I just bought a 1963 Porsche 356B but the battery was malfunction as it need a new 6v battery. Could any one recommend easy purchase and better 6v batteries for 356B. Thank you.

Optima if you're into gel types, Interstate 19 L if you're into lead acid types. I use Interstates on all my cars. Great batteries--it's what AAA uses as well. They've gotten a bit pricey in the last few years--I buy mine direct from the SoCal distributor in Whittier but have no idea where you are.

Optima red top (6 volt) gives great service. Be aware that dirty connections are more common than dead batteries, so replace the battery if a test shows it is dead.
