| Somewhere around 90 91 they were raided and the owner was put in jail for fraud, that was the end of Pocono VW. It had something to do with selling cars that were still on the lot or some such chicanery. I had a friend working there and he said the cops rolled in one day and told the mechanics to get out and take only their tools. The cars were loaded up and the inventory of the building received the same. |

Are you in San Diego? I've got 5 to choose from. 3 of them are different fonts, but I do have some paired. Here's two different ones-

Are you looking for the plate itself or surrounding brackets?
Here in California, I don't know if I've ever seen a black/yellow dealer plate, just manufacturer. Closest I can find on google:

Here is a dealer license plate frame from Klamath Falls, Oregon, for Sherrill's VW. I'd like to know about the dealership's history, if anyone knows anything or anyone.
Also, if you have or know anyone who has one and would be willing to part with it for a reasonable price, let me know!

A recent score. Rare 50's striped Century City.
Looks to be the first run to be made. Check out the forward lean lettering that you won't see in the other Century City frames.
