Anybody have a source for the fiber washer that goes between fuel tap and fuel sock.......other than WW? Like a local parts/fastner store?

Just wished people would state facts and not guess.......just to post something. AND........just use ONE red fiber sealing washer over screen sock.......do not use any washer inside nut.

FWIW I used 2 washers; one between sock and nut and one between sock and tank and it seals just fine.

I believe the parts list only shows 1 washer used, while Bently shows 2.

I don't see 5x9 in that thread.
I checked out that thread and the parts book photos in there and 5x9 are the washers for the 5 screws holding the fuel tank sender in place.

The fuel sock washer size is not mentioned in the parts book
The ones I have from WW are:
12mm - inner diameter
16mm - outer diameter

thanks for clarifying the part and size.....was trying to find some local so I could make a campout untill I ordered some from WW.
