Hi Gang,
I thought some of you might be interested in this. My son was labeled with "educational autism" last year and perhaps some of you have had a similar experience... I'm putting this together. I still have a very long way to go but I'm hoping this program will support children and families too.
Here's a link:

Please feel free to share if you know someone who might be interested.
Thanks,

Go fund me requests are to be listed in the "off topic" forums. I will admit that I initially thought it was a link for information, not a donation request. _________________ Everybody born before 1975 has a story, good, bad, or indifferent, about a VW.

Thanks for the clarification, TDC. It's a little bit of both but I'll repost in the "off topic" section.
Thanks,

You betcha
Truth is, some of the best probably COULD be diagnosed with a mild case of something in the "austistic spectrum" as they call it now.
I can think of four, just off the top of my head.
The trouble with trades is many cases in the process of learning you are someones assistant, and, that's not going to work in the majority of cases, but there are some people and situations that can work, and you need to find them. |

X2, the OCD on details is definitely a bonus as is the tunnel vision focus, if it can be directed at the job without getting sidetracked by the short attention span.
My son has mild Aspergers, when he was going through his diagnosis I noticed alot of very similar traits in myself so I can relate and help him use it to it's full potential. It's not a handicap, it just makes you really good at some things and a little below average on others, stick to the things you excel at. _________________ Rust NEVER sleeps and stock never goes out of style.
