VW Assembly Frame/ Chassis

Hello guys, i know i am here new and totally green but i am kinda in need of help. Well, i got job in one design company where i work in solidworks and my boss gave me project (his private project...not connected to job) to find out how the VW beetle frame is built - oldtimer (plans and stuff)...and yes i am unable to find any kind of clue, cause i can't create the 3D model frame for him to create it anew without dimensions...i fear that my ass is on the line and i could probably get fired (excuse would probably be that i am not competent and things like that). Well i can't create something from pictures if i dont know the dimensions. Well i tried to do different approach but in the end i must find out how was it originally made and then make model from it (floor chassis or bottom chassis).

Thats the thing i am suppose to recreate, otherwise....street and labor market. Since i am in my 25th's i kinda try my best to keep this job.

Thank you for your reply fla2smoker but i already have that picture, i have two versions of floor one which is yours and the other in millimeters. Its not hard to create that in 3D but the thickness of the outerframe (if chosen to make it with rectangle tubes) and the inner parts of the frame (central long part) that make my day harder and worse by every minute that pass. Lets say that i managed to make the frame, the last issue is with the rear end where inner forks and the outer forks are, zero information about thickness and dimensions overall. I know that i am probably asking "secret for the eternal life" stuff, but that is the situation that i am in now.

Any idea how tunnel with rear forks is made ? Originally?
