What brand 16 wheel is this?

I have 2 of these weird wheels I acquired with a bunch of Porsche 356 wheels. All the wheels are 16x 3.25. I just never seen these ones with square slots in them. Please help identify them. They bolt up VW pattern wide five.

The bolt pattern on the Anglia wheels are actually in inches (5x8" = 5X203,2) but close enough so it bolts to VW drums. But the other way, VW wheels to Ford drums do need some offset nuts.
