Build thread sections

is there anyway to add a build thread section to all the categories by chance?

I want to look at peoples build threads but am having a hard time looking through all the pages to find them.

Most of the section have "Sticky" posts at the top listings build threads - look for those.

Glenn lists some above but there are more in other sections
