My wife, 8 month old and I will be heading down for 10 days or so probably from Mexicali around Christmas day and hoping to make it as far as Bahia de los Angeles. would love to meet up if any other vans are on the peninsula.
havent been down in the van since 2009, and am pretty excited to drive it again. Here's a couple photos for stoke from our last trip

We're looking at a winter break trip to Baja through Mexicali to San Felipe and/or beyond. No formal plans yet, but would love to find other like minded souls.

Just got back from 10 days in Baja and still have that roadtrip high. Stayed a few days on the beach in San Felipe before heading down to Bahia Gonzaga. It was my first venture into Mexico with the westy and I'd go back down in a heartbeat. It was beyond relaxing and would highly recommend it. I'm pretty sure I saw rfoubi heading south outside of Puertecitos. As a newbie to Baja I had reservations about travel in Mexico, but am only kicking myself for not going earlier.

We're heading down mid January for our first trip to Baja. Look for the white hightop "Joker" syncro. Don't have real plans, probably down the west coast and then back up the eastern side, returning at the end of February.
