Hose that goes from the spare tire to the washer fluid tank 1973

Hi everyone! Is anyone familiar with the hose that goes from the spare tire to the washer fluid tank? I have a 1973 super beetle convertible and am having a really hard time finding the hose/tubing and the two ends that I need. One that attaches to the spare tire nozzle and the other that attaches to the washer fluid tank. I think that is all that I need. I included some pictures hoping that they may help since I am at a loss.

Please note that this is a 1973, I am not sure how to change the index from Beetle - 1958-1967. My apologies.

Thanks so much KTPhil, but I think that is the hose that is attached to the top of the tank. I need to under side hose and then to have it attached to the spare tire. In my pic, that entire hose is missing for some reason.
