As long as I am driving 15 mph or faster the fan blows hot air. As soon as I go slower then that or even come to a stop, it blows cool air. When I speed up again above 15 mph it will blow hot air again. Coolant level is fine. Makes no difference what fan speed I use, or what position the cabin recirculating switch is on. Any suggestions?  |

Try reverse flushing the heater core. The G12 antifreeze (should be bright pink) doesn't play well with others, If someone ever topped off the cooling system the wrong antifreeze it will start to congeal & eventually crystallize in the system & the smallest passages in the cooling system are in the heater core.
