Help with sprintstars

Hi there

I have been offered some lemmerz sprintstars. My question is what is the offset? I want the to fit my early bay (wide5) but I am struggling to get rims in my wheel arches at the rear. I have repro BRMs that are ET14 (5")

4 1/2 x 15

Then

15 66
10 68

I take it these are dates(?). Does anyone know?
