cat food - somebody was feeding a cat in it while the car was in storage... oh, and plenty of cat-piss stench! _________________ póg mo thóin

just stripped out a westy, ton of stuff.
about 10 lighters, 4 condoms, 12 crayons, $7+ in change, 2 hot wheels cars, a really nice pocket knife(smith and wesson), piedmont airlines match book, 2 old cb radio's, scissors, trac phone, pager, femmine products, 4 braclets, 2 packs of cigarettes, numerous single butts, numerous notes, rolling papers( hmm, have found these in just about all the VW's I have bought? Coincidence?!) package of beeswax, ginger root, hair clips, an old photo, an ant farm living under the mats, about a hundred lady bugs under the front fiber top, numerous screwdrivers, and bits, and even the kitchen sink!
Best find ever was from my 78 westy a vintage mickey watch! and niumerous toys in that one, it was used at a day care center. |

In my '61 beetle I bought in '01 I found an unopend can of Bud from '94, opened and unused rubbers, unused tampons, a bunch of crap and a 1961 penny. The penny seemed like a good luck charm and I've still got the beer. |

I recently found a Service booklet wedged behind the rear seat back in my '67 Bus. Records from 1970-1975 and even better, the dealer it was serviced at was closeby.
Other than that, I found this old spray can fire extinguisher (I wonder how well that worked!) I had a party dissambled 1600 sitting where the middle seat should have been, and all kinds of engine parts in the hatch area _________________ All he needed was a wheel in his hand and four on the road.
