Was looking through this... Says Ruby Red was an 8/63 on color. My car is definetly Ruby Red, and Definetly bought July 4, 1963

Ruby Red is also a 62-63 color. Not sure what your point is.

Why isn't it in the paint book (link)?

The parts book is known to have a few errors. Note that it also lists 4/61–7/64 as the dates for Birch Green. I don't think so! Eh?

My parts book lists 6 colors ->7/63,Black, Ruby Red, Pearl White, Gulf Blue, Anthrazite (from 016732) and Birch Green (from 058 490). Seems correct, or?

Yes, that's right. The version of the parts book that Erik was looking at was printed in the 1970s and it had some wrong info about the early colors.

I'm planning to go to ISP, OCTO and El Prado. The Classic sounds to be all but dead.
