The apostrophe in Fuel's (sic) on the door is annoying too. Or is it a blemish on the photo? They got it right on the roof peak.

I agree that looks weird, maybe a blemish, maybe not.
Maybe his name is "Fuel" and decided Fuel Oil was the obvious career choice

The apostrophe doesn't seem to match the font of the lettering. If it were intentional it would be fatter.
As far as the antenna, this is a commercial propane service vehicle and was probably radio-dispatched. The antenna is entirely appropriate. |

I used to own a westfalia wooden widebed and it was just one board, not multiple boards.
