My Grandpa worked at Air Research for years as an aircraft machinist, and then they changed names to Garrett, and then something else. My Grandma has looked for more photos of the airfield maintenance bus, but can't find any. Thanks for posting this ad up! I have the magazine version framed on my wall. And now this on on my computer! Thanks! You made my Friday!! |

Hello today i ripped of some paint of my 59 panelvan. Now i found this "5".
Anyone has an idea what this mean ? Its the only letter or logo i found on the side. It looks and old and its hand painted. First i tought it is a race number ? Maybe anyone remembers such type of lettering ?

keep sanding, follow the outline of the red letter, get it all exposed and you will have your answer. what about the rest of the bus ? more somewhere else? _________________ 63 15 window deluxe Turkis walk through 1500

WHLI would have originally been east of the Mississippi, at least since 1923ish. |
