OK, I must say you may just become my new hero, just depends on how you answer these questions.....
Did you install the fuel gage sender? If so, where did you get it? Is it just a VDO sender, or one special for the type of Tank?
Reason I ask is that my '59 has an after-market fuel gauge installed when I bought it, but am having trouble finding a replacement sender that is attached to the filler neck.
BTW: Cool rides! _________________ A good friend will come and bail you out of jail...but, a true friend will be sitting next to you saying, "Wow...that was fun!"

I would love to know the parts numbers. I no longer have the reserve valve and am tired of guessing how much gas I have left in the tank.
thank you in advance

Going to leave the shifter on it when you install a 36 or go back to stock on it as well? |
