There is this stuff i saw on one of those truck shows or something and its like this black paint that you paint over rust and it keeps rust from comin back. has anyone heard of this stuff? whats it called? thanks

you want to use some sort of rust inhibitor. like rust mort. i use a rust inhibitor made by 3m. apply a couple light coats and then coat it with rust bullet, por15 or primer and you should be good to go.
