I do remember your bus, definitely a once in a lifetime find. Sorry to hear about the seller's remorse although there are a ton of people on this site who feel just like you.

Hopefully the person who bought it does it justice since it's such a rare bus.

Me to hope he does it right.

Thank you to the person who posted the rundown on British conversions: I'd seen one pic of the Danbury roof and could not figure out what that kind of pop-top was called. You're a genius!

I find I'm kind of fond of the Dormobile conversion interior, too; so very different a use of the space, with the sink-esque cabinetry in the rear...

Fascinating. How to keep track of so many different conversions. It's very Star Trek. Infinite Diversity in Infinite Combinations.

Let's see some more pics! From the pic in the gallery it has the same huge tent/awning mounts that they all seem to have. A po of mine removed the pole mounts but luckily they were inside the bus when I got it.

Fair enough, but if that's the case, why is there not a single camper listed in this thread that has small windows?

Are they all totally unknown?

Just quickly scanned page one of this post, came up with at least four different models.

Or do you mean even smaller windows or some other factor like single pane fold out?

OK folks.......new challenge ! Razz

It's a '66 with jalosie windows that have tan metal trim around the interiors.

Big table has the shape of possibly EZ Camper. Cabinet doors dont have oval shape or trim which appears to be a EZ Camper standard.

Hinge and door hardware is as pictured.

Cant find any manufacturers rivited badges anywhere.

Spice rack on door is what you see......may or may not be its original.

Maybe the whole thing is a mix and match thing from back in the day........the lady I bought it from got it on a used car lot in '68 , so its been like this since it was 2 years old in '68.

I just carefully inspected the left front wheel dog leg.

It has a thin layer of plastic body filler from way, way back.....very thin, not like wadded in there for rust repair........it may well be hideing imperfections of where manufacturers badges were.

You realize the jump seat is missing and someone home made the little pantry cubicles.

Spice rack and all is original and is shop built camper for sure.

There are lots of Sundial shapes. The door/reefer shelf hinges are more EZ.

Does it have a Stewart Warner heater in the engine compartment?

Show a photo of how the bed pivots to open from behind the backrest cushion. Sundial had a patent on their mechanism.

Gas heater was gone when I got it.......but here is pics of the cutouts which I covered in the engine compartment, and a pic of the duct where it comes in under the rear seat compartment.
