April 7, 2005	• Installed new passenger windshield seal • Re-tapped all nut and bolts for, assembled, and installed front bumper • Cut & installed new carpet in rear loading compartment • Removed front splash pan and greased entire front end and all pedals and all moving parts • Cleaned up dirty steering box • Installed proper accelerator cable guide tube
April 6, 2005	• Installed new rear window seal • Painted windshield lip • Sanded and repainted front bumper, including straightening front overriders (sorta) • New Bosch points • Installed correct interior door handles and trim pieces • Installed round mirror and clamp • Repaired and greased decklid prop so it works correctly • Repaired rear apron left mounting screw plate
April 5, 2005	• Primed windshield lip • Sanded down some paint flaking on the rear bumper
April 4, 2005	• Removed cracked passenger windshield • Cleaned up windshield area
April 3, 2005	• More finishing work on dogleg • Re-installed driver's side window frame, upper hinge, and mirror arm
April 2, 2005	• Filled and primed small dent on driver's side rear • Filled and primed passenger dogleg • Painted driver's upper door hinge • Touched up repaired upper door hinge rivets
April 1, 2005	• Friend welded up small hole in passenger dogleg • Installed black shifter to replace my "incorrect" white one, re-greased the shifter parts • Cleaned front floor, installed new accelerator pedal rod seal, and removed some gluey gunk from the front floor mat
March 30, 2005	• Friend worked on hammering out dent in passenger door
March 29, 2005	• Stripped small paint damaged area on driver's side • Installed new driver's interior door handle mechanism to replace cracked original • Aligned driver's door • Stripped and primed replacement upper driver's door hinge half
March 28, 2005	• Friend welded up nasty passenger door area • TIG welded cracked upper driver's door hinge rivets
March 20, 2005	• Bondo sucks. Decided to strip the cracked filler on the passenger door and dogleg. Found a lot of bondo and lead filler. There's always more than you think.
March 9, 2005	• Repaired and lubed front cargo door locking rods so they work smoothly
March 8, 2005	• Changed transmission fluid
March 7, 2005	• Tune up • Located one "correct" replacement popout window (Bus has a couple wrong pieces of glass)
February 26, 2005	• Replaced broken headlight lens
February 14, 2005	• Worked on kick panel some more • Installed wiper arm and new passenger wiper blade • Reinstalled kick panels
February 13, 2005	• Attempted to straighten and reglue driver's kick panel until I can find a nicer one • Removed some glue residue from around the rear hatch • Installed new gas cap
February, 2005	• Located correct cargo door handles • Located missing wiper arm
January, 2005	• Cleaned up small primered area on passenger side, color-matched paint and touched up the area • Located an additional 14" rims to use as a spare, mounted 2 new rear tires for upcoming trip • Located and installed rear seat brackets • Buffed out paint • Installed new front turn signal lenses • Installed new wiper blades • Replaced rear wheel cylinders, flushed brakes
December, 2004	• Located correct cab door handles • Located nicer front seat hump back rest • Installed new fresh-air hoses • Ripped out ratty Deluxe interior panels • Corrected turn signal operation • Corected fuse box and fuses
November, 2004	• Changed oil, tuned engine, greased everything • Replaced breather hose • Installed warm-up hose • Installed nose emblem • Cleaned up taillight connections • Repaired wiper switch
November 21, 2004	• Purchased • Replaced axle boots, filled tranny • Repaired taillights
