October 25, 2008 • Replaced fuel pump
• Replaced fuel lines from T connection to carburetors.
April 29, 2008 • Removed radio for repair
• Installed new air cleaner intake boot
April 26, 2008 • Oiled carburetor linkage, corrected right side choke operation.
• Re-glued rear deck vinyl
April 25, 2008 • Tightened fuel pump top, replaced a worn fuel line, safety-wired fuel pump outlet.
February 11, 2008 • Re-greased shift rod and shifter assembly.
January 22, 2008 • Installed upper dash
January 16, 2008 • Installed repro visor clips
• Installed 2 missing studs into upper dash with glue, hope it works...

May 21, 2005 • Installed new roll-up window seals
August 14, 2004 • Misc. maintenance
• Installed new steering dampner, old one was leaking
August 12, 2004 • Installed NOS passenger side internal door latch, old one was loose and wearing out
• Shimmed and adjusted passenger door latch so it closes nicely
• Reinstalled passenger door panel, handle, and trim.
August 10-11, 2004 • Horn/column had short in it from wear in column to dashboard rubber mount.  Added some additional material to stop the short.
August 9, 2004 • Adjusted passenger door latch
August 8, 2004 • Repaired passenger side window regulator.  It had a older bolt repair that had come loose.

• Replaced window scraper chrome

• Replaced front upper door cap padding

• Installed new plastic sheeting on passenger door
August 6-7, 2004 • Removed and replaced upper steering column with unbroken unit.  Thanks to Yancy for the column
• Reassembled and repaired broken ignition switch

• Corrected ignition wiring path and installed missing lighter wiring and in-line fuse
April 8, 2004 • Installed freshly powder coated air intake vents

• Installed NOS SWF wiper blades
March 28, 2004 • Replaced condenser with German Bosch
March 23, 2004 • Installed new road draft tube
March 14, 2004 • Removed and cleaned rear air intake plates
March 12, 2004 • Installed NOS side marker lenses
March 11, 2004 • Replaced worn taillight lenses with mint set of originals, thanks to the Lee and the Type 34 registry
March 6, 2004 • Reinstalled horns
• Cleaned up some under-dash wiring
March 5, 2004 • Repaired old fog light relay

• Fixed my horns
March 4, 2004 • Back window seal corners leaking in the heavy rain, filled cracks with "Windshield/glass sealer" from my local hardware store.
March 3, 2004 • Cleaned up battery and rear seat area.  Battery mounting clamp bolt still frozen, applied more rust breaker

• Regulator tag had fallen off, glued it back on

• Cleaned up battery clamps with baking soda solution

• "Restored" one fog light reflector with chrome paint, it was worn out.  Will re-chrome at a later date
March 1-2, 2004 • Battery totally dead, picked up new battery
• Battery clamp mounting bolt frozen, applied rust breaker
February 26-28, 2004 • Installed new speedometer cable

• Disassembled, cleaned, and re-greased speedometer.  It was making a clicking noise.
February 23, 2004 • "Adjusted" passenger window seals so they don't leak in the rain
February 21, 2004 • Rear seat strap broke again.  Arggg!  Installed tiny bungee to keep seat in place
• Installed new passenger side turn signal seals, bulb, and bulb wire seal

• Clean and re-lubricated turn signal switch so it snaps back into place after a turn properly

• Tightened loose ignition switch mounting screw
• Adjusted steering column position
• Corrected positive connection radio wiring to match factory design
• Troubleshot driver's side side marker light - bulb bad
• Installed new interior light, thanks to DH
February 8, 2004 • Installed NOS passenger side outer door seal
• Wipers stopped working a couple days ago - wiper switch wire was loose.  Fixed.
• Chokes sticking - Cleaned up chokes, oiled choke internal linkage.  Reset idle and re-synchronized carburetors.
January 25, 2004 • Installed replacement in-line fuse holder
January 17, 2004 • Located new in-line fuse holder for fog lights
January 8, 2004 • Installed the new driver's side inner turn signal seal
• Adjusted accelerator cable
January 5, 2004 • Found some thinner 1/16" rubber locally and re-cut the new inner front turn signal seals
January 3, 2004 • Installed new horn block plate and seal
January 1, 2004 • Installed new taillight housing seals, cleaned up taillight housings and installed a few new bulbs

• Installed NOS driver's taillight to replace my dented one.  Taillight mounting screw holes were stripped.  Repaired holes with screw lock-plates.

• Installed new driver's front headlight seal

• Installed new driver's front turn signal seal and wire boot.  Cleaned up the original housing.  Dug out corroded bulb and installed new one. 

• Cut new front turn signal inner seals.  Rubber is a bit too thick, maybe some foam rubber?

• Painted horn block-off plate Arcona White
